The client belongs to the online grocery business and wanted to develop a mobile application for homemakers that would make it easy for them to order groceries online. The client thinks it was a challenge for them and 7C Studio to develop the application as homemakers are not so used to ordering groceries online and would rather prefer buying it from general stores. The client is a social payment start-up optimizing the way that people interact with each other about money, thus fundamentally changing payment relationships. 7C Studio was involved in developing an iOS and Android app for the client where they developed the client side of the app. There was a little delay in the completion of the project but because of some technical hindrances and the client was expecting that but it was finished within the fixed budget. The client is highly satisfied with 7C Studio because of flexibility and engagement throughout the development phase and the client highly recommends them to their peers.

Gemba is the aggregator app for kirana stores. Gemba for consumers is the Android app that users use to place orders via the Gemba platform. Users sign up using their phone numbers.Once the app has the user’s address, they can place orders from on-boarded stores as well as stores near them which are not present on the Gemba platform already. Products can be searched, filtered and browsed easily, providing the users with many different alternatives to get the right products for their grocery needs.
