The client is a healthcare assessment company that offers at-the-home health and lifestyle assessment to members. The mobile physicians used to record and save the data manually thus they wanted an iPad-specific app that can accurately record medical information, diagnoses, recommendations, member history etc. Five Pack Creative was involved in the wireframing, designing, and development to improve the already existing iOS application with a better flow for the providers. The project was completed on-time and within the fixed budget. The client is highly satisfied with Five Pack Creative and praised the team for their highly talented and efficient workforce.
