UX project for Book App

I was previously in contact with two agencies that did not seem very trustworthy to me. With GONNI, we had some initial interviews, and they showed us that they knew what they were talking about. I felt like I could trust them with product improvement. While we continue working with GONNI, and it has only been four months since we started our partnership, I know that the information is now organized in a more relevant way for the user. For example, book recommendations are more relevant to the user profile, factoring in the information that we ask for in the onboarding, a process that was also simplified so that it would take less time. Their close follow-up and the commitment to our company. I think that GONNI thought about us for the long-term and this allowed us to work better, invest our UX budget better, and get very good results.
