Been about 6 months working with Intrepid and it's one of my best decisions to date. Right from the onset, the team (mainly the senior management) worked closely to assimilate the exact needs of the project and charted out timelines/milestones for completion. Their work ethic involved minimizing rework and getting it right the first time itself. This requires a lot of dedication and a sense of personal involvement in the project, which they actively participated in. Occasionally, the team came up with some good ideas and suggestions for my project, which was an added bonus.
