Highly Competent, Great Communication, Easy To Work With Every Step Of The Way
I approached the ITGeeks team with an e-commerce website build-out project on Shopify. I could tell they were highly competent based on the many positive Shopify reviews and sample work they posted. My first impression was confirmed time and time again throughout the project. Communication with ITGeeks was simply ideal: timely, detailed, clear, and kind. For someone who's not in the IT space, I was able to understand what was going on every step of the way. The ITGeeks team is also easy to work with. They took all my questions and suggestions into consideration when I brought them up. This was a clear sign of being open to collaborate, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I'm glad I went with ITGeeks for this project and I would certainly work with them again.
