One of the major banks in India reached out to JDV Technologies seeking assistance with their data Center migration to Cloud.  JDV techs engaged with the client and did bootcamp, workshops to understand the scope of the project, requirements of the project , business analysis etc. JDV understood the requirements and started to engage with the stakeholders. JDV proposed the project plan, timelines and the clear milestones .  As soon as client agrees with the project proposal, JDV did a POC to make sure things goes in a right direction. The project started and milestones were defined.  JDV migrated the banks mobile application Backend systems to cloud. Clients preference were AWS and systems were migrated safely and securely to the cloud. Ensuring the cost of the project, JDV designed the cost effective solution at the same time global scale solution on demand. When ever there is a high demand the systems scales automatically to ensure the clients avoidance on bill shocks. The project was completed on time , with perfect penetration tests, Drills, mock-ups etc
