"Vinfotech has not demonstrated a single core competency that I would consider to be acceptable at this time—not one."
Vinfotech exhibited little regard for the project timeline and delivered a defective MVP. They have withheld the original source code and severed all forms of communication. The team lacked transparency and required more of a customer-focused approach.
"What was contracted to be an eight-week project turned into a nine-month ordeal.
The platform has yet to launch due to multiple issues that inhibit its functionality. Because of inconsistent responses and unmet expectations, development will be finished by another vendor. Resolving issues promptly instead of leaving them for later would have improved the partnership.
